1. Services

Big Mike's Moving Companies Queens (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) provides residential and commercial moving services in Queens, New York and surrounding areas. Services include local moving, long-distance moving, packing and unpacking, piano moving, senior moving, moving labor, and storage solutions.

2. Estimates and Booking

All moves must be confirmed in writing. A written estimate will be provided before your move date. A booking is considered confirmed when you have received a written estimate and provided your move details. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. If one is required, your written estimate says so.

3. Scheduling and Changes

If you need to change or cancel your move, please call us as early as possible. The terms for changes and cancellations are set out in your written estimate.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not transport: hazardous materials (paints, propane, acids, chemicals), perishable food, live plants, live animals, medications, controlled substances, or illegal items. We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.
