I would like to thank the crew that worked the night of 10/25/21, between the hours of 9pm-11:30pm. I had a first date with a guy who turned out to be a total creep. The crew made me feel safe and kept me away from him until he had exited the building and left.
You have no idea how much I appreciate this. Thank you😊

The comfortable recliners, fresh popcorn, friendly staff, clean theater and restrooms are always a plus👍

My wife and I recently joined A-List and wanted to take family to a movie. We each purchased a ticket through app, bought a ticket through app, and had 4 “Gold passes” for remaining tickets.

We were told that the Gold Passes were frozen and could not be used, necessitating us paying additional $76 for tickets. A “manager” came out to “assist”, yet did nothing to help solve problem. (As in help provide 4 seats for 4 passes) He was also rude.

As a result, we cancelled the 2 A list reservations and the other ticket we had paid for.

Went for a double feature, first time since pandemic.

Why oh why do they allow BABIES into an evening showing of A Quiet Place 2?

Why oh why do they allow little kids into an even later showing of Black Widow?

And why wear a mask on your chin if you work there? I asked him why, he said he had a weak chin.

Because of its great and well-maintained facilities, I would surely recommend this theatre to everyone. A luxurious and sophisticated cinema theater with a vintage décor. Watch JOKER here which is a work of art in terms of acting, storytelling, and direction. For dedicated moviegoers, this is a fantastic location. This is one of the best movie theaters in town, which I like since they have excellent popcorn. A wonderful location to unwind and watch a movie! Strongly suggested!

I love that Kohls allows you to return your Amazon purchases at this location! The process is usually quick and effortless. In addition they give you a coupon to shop in the store. I removed a star only because I’m not into their plus size section. The styles for anyone over size 12 is for 1970s Grannies. Today even the Grannies have a sense of flare & style.
As a plus size woman I am particular about my clothing selection. I don’t want to look like a suburban soccer mom from ‘That 70s Show.’ Big girls need love too Kohl’s!!! I will shop here for housewares but that’s about it. The store is always clean, well lit & organized so they do get a star for that👍🏽

great camp and you make lots of friends go on lots of trips and everyone is super nice. We have activities such as swim, barbecue, teen lounge, gaga, and arts n crafts . Plus we have kosher lunches but usual bagels because we are on trips a lot. Every Wednesday we go to valley stream park for BBQ and salt it’s hot dogs or hamburgers. It’s great and so much fun. . if your child is going into the 10/11 boys Bruno the group leader is one of the best at this camp also Robert is the greatest counselor ever. Everyone knows your name here and it’s so nice. And we have two of the best camp directors ever .so if your child wants to have the best summer ever I 100 percent recommend this camp. Also there is so many activities to name some like drama Jewish culture gym bingo boated games. Color war is the best of all. Well this is why Hillcrest Jewish center day camp is the best in queens

This camp is so great for kids who want to make lifelong friends, and it's a great environment. Being a counselor here, there are kids who have known each other for their whole lives because of this camp. The kids are very accepting of new people, and nobody is left out. Also, there are a lot of fun trips throughout the summer. Overall, this camp is amazing, and I would 10/10 recommend.

I never been to the school before but I am looking for a high school so I was in class and my teacher Cross this school name Thomas Edison so I looked it up and see the pictures and I love it I love it so far and yeah I am a tracks person I’m a football person and netball person so yeah I’m from Jamaica and I love The school so far of what I’m seeing❤️

when I first got there went there from 2010-2011 came back in 2012 for junior year. I tell you junior year was much worse then freshmen year always got into fights and fought security guards I was pretty wild there this school was pretty much bad but im the crazy one

I have not been inside to see how helpful the tellers and other banking personal are but I do frequent the ATMs often. I feel safe coming here, even at odd hours in the night. There are 2 ATMs indoors with cameras, usually there are short/no lines and it is directly off Queens Blvd.

Nice place. Lots of lanes and very good on Covid protocols. Food was good especially the chicken tenders- nice & juicy.
Only problems: parking was very hard to find & the bowling alley itself is slightly hidden if you don't realize it's underground.

This bowling alley is great. Workers there are very nice. Marlon at the pro shop is terrific. The only downside is that there is only street parking not parking lot.

Don't go here! All they care about is money honestly. And they love throwing the loan option down your throat. The women at the front are of no use. If you do need help, go to other students and ask. That's how i got some type of help 👍🏼

The campus is beautiful and easy to grasp. Professors are very experienced in their fields. Class sizes are very small, which allows for a unique experience. You can actually have a friendship with your professors, and be a part of a class discussion. I'm starting my sophomore year this fall. From what I've seen, the school is very cozy and providing for the student body. There's not much I could really complain about, except for nitpicky things like the parking situation. But above all, I'm glad I chose to come here. I can't wait to see what a year in-person will be like.

We had my son's freshman orientation today. It was a phenomenal day and everything was fantastic. All of the presenters did a wonderful job. The students who did the orientation did a job well done. I am so happy that we chose SJU. Very informative day. I am so happy that I went.

This school is amazing. From the caring administration to the wonderful teachers! This is my daughter's last year. She will be graduating with over 50 college credits. Her 4 years here have been amazing! Every teacher has always gone above and beyond academically and the administration and guidance has always had an open door for any problems. The college liaison Ms. Solomon and all the guidance counselors from MS to HS are fantastic. Every college and high school class was challenging and every teacher/professor was extremely helpful. I would recommend this school to everyone.

Good school, and some teachers are pretty nice, but they have a horrible way of managing their budget, and cannot take care of how clean the school can be, such as in the bathrooms. They are disgusting, and there are cockroaches crawling in the walls. There's also the school store, and how they waste most likely thousands of dollars into making it, rather than using it for other things. Then, there are the clubs, and how they have to have bake sales to gain enough income to be able to continue. Because of this, there are bake sales every week.

Also, I agree with most of the other reviews (such as the negative ones), as most of them are true in what they mention.

This school is no joke. It might be easy to get into but it is definitely hard to keep up with all the work each grade requires. It is definitely a hard school to stay in! I highly recommend The Queens School of Inquiry!

Absolutely amazing service. The manager (Carlos) checks on every table to make sure you have exactly everything you ordered at a timely manner. Staff is pleasant and kind. Do expect to have proof of vaccination ready but keep in mind they are doing it for your safety and their staff safety

I've been to Hooters locations all across the USA. This location is not as good as most others. Service is good, drinks are good… Food though…

Wings were small, over cooked (dry), and under sauced. Fries were like eating leather and were very under seasoned. Boiled shrimp was good though!

Very limited menu, most of Hooters' staple items are not on this limited menu, which is disappointing.

Even though I live in Queens, I probably won't go back to this particular location.

The bartender Kathy at this Hooters Fresh Meadows location gave OUTSTANDING customer service! She was excellent in handling and anticipating all my orders despite being short staffed on a Saturday night. Kudos to her for recognizing the Football game was not on and getting someone to turn it on for us. At one point the TV signal went out, and she noticed it and went above and beyond to try to resolve it. Kathy really understands and anticipates her customer's needs! As for the food, I ordered the 3 mile island wings and steak nachos. Absolutely delicious! And the Hooters wings are the reason I keep coming back as well as the customer service at this location. Keep up the great work at this Hooters Fresh Meadows location! Remember a lot of our favorite places and restaurants are short staffed right so be extra patient, understanding, and kind to your servers and bartenders!

Very bad customer service, either hung up through the phone or left on hold for almost an hour. When they do pick up the phone they are very rude and promise that will be contacting me soon but never do. I am very disappointed with their treatment and will hope another facility will take better care and attention with my situation!.

We waited about 15 minutes and the waitress came right away. Betsy was very pleasant and patient with me as I was unsure of what to order. I had French onion soup and a chicken pasta dish. Everything was served hot and quickly. We had gotten there about 230pm. Not a lot of people and the capacity is still at 76. All in all a good relaxing enjoyable time.

Consistently one of my favorite locations, for a variety of reasons. Is that you can probably get two, I believe this one has one of the best parking lots, especially for Queens. There's also tons of street parking in the various cross streets which will give you tons of extra space in between your car in the next. Service has always in my experience been friendly efficient and quick. The wait for tables is never as long as they claim it to be, which is likely evidence to very efficient operation. The servers are friendly, but also responsive and helpful. And given the outdoor dining, the location has extended to have outdoor dining as well, which is additionally helpful. I also love the location because it's located next to tons of other shopping, meaning you can pick something up, grab a quick bite by sitting down, and in general just be productive along the way.

Lack of communication.
We heard back from no one regarding the concerns we had for 4 weeks. If not mistaken Luke reached out to us via email on August 30 inquiring whether or not we would be moving forward with the unit or not. We expected the leasing office to have followed through on their part to settle what we had experienced during the first couple days of the month. While we heard back from no one in the time frame that Nicholas provided, we had to urgently make alternate arrangements to find living arrangements elsewhere. This was entirely incredulous and to this day both Miguel and I are appalled as to how Luke thought it was okay to “follow up” with us after an entire month of no communication.

Not only have I rented for a good number of years, but I am a professional who works in an industry that understands how to rectify concerns raised by clients, business partners, and/or employees. I have also rented from management companies such as yourselves that when necessary have been able to address the matters at hand and understand when to be professional and adhere to customer service. I echo what Miguel has said in that this wasn't handled well from the start.

My general tsaos chicken came with small bones! This is horrible, the food was great but then my dad almost chocked to death. please make sure you check the chicken before you send it out because this is really bad.

Every St. John’s student knows how the delivery drivers harass about tip. But we order anyways since they come straight to the dorms. They change their prices once they deliver. Also for some reason a bottle of Snapple is $3.60.

RENTALS BEWARE

I called and placed a rental hold for a dry ice machine 7 weeks before the date. My client required Dancing on the Clouds effect with the booking, so this paramount to their day. I received an invoice after paying and went on my way

Turns out they did not set aside the dry ice fogger as I had reserved. I arrive to pick up the machine and they didn't have it! They had no record of my placing the reservation, except for my payment! LUCKILY the other idjnow had a dry ice fogger so I wouldn't be completely screwed, but it was an hour east, consuming two plus hours of my day in brutal long island traffic.

They refunded my initial deposit for the trouble, but I could have been completely screwed for my wedding is they didn't have one available.

This is the first online review I’ve ever done. I am an older woman who accompanied my elderly father to get his information transferred from his old AT&T phone to his new one. Not being an AT&T customer myself, I was helped with my phone issue as well. So impressed by Kevaugn ( hope the spelling is right ) the store manager and Steven. Both young men gave exemplary customer service.They truly demonstrated what work ethic should look like. We need more like them.

Would just like to say how helpful the employees at the Fresh Meadows AT&T were when my husband and I stopped in for assistance in activation and setup of our new cellphones. Candeese and Andre greeted us immediately when we arrived, and both were prompt and very knowledgeable in transferring contact lists, photos, etc to our new phones. Nick also helped out as well. Professional, very knowledgeable and with a great work ethic. It doesn't get any better. AT&T is fortunate to have these great people on staff.

I had a great experience at this store. Excellent customer service! The staff was efficient and friendly. I needed to add my son to my plan and Kevaughn was very helpful. He explained everything. Also, the store was clean and there was no wait time. I would definitely recommend this store. You won’t regret it!
